MK Bailey brings a dynamic and people-focused approach to learning and development at Goodspeed & Merrill. She spent more than a decade teaching high school history, where she discovered a passion for creating engaging, meaningful learning experiences. That passion led her to earn a master’s degree in Instructional Design and Technology. A proud University of Mary Washington alum, MK is originally from Virginia and has made her way across the East Coast before happily putting down roots in Colorado.

Outside of work, MK enjoys hitting the slopes with her husband, Brendan, and spending time with their daughter, Charlotte. At home, life stays lively thanks to their lovable crew—Stella the dog and Neko the cat.
