Ana Cardenas is an Associate in the Advanced Tax Strategies Group. She focuses her practice on tax planning, entity structuring, and the development and implementation of tax-efficient business and investment strategies for businesses, investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.

Prior to joining Goodspeed Merrill, Ana’s experience included international tax planning for high-net-worth individuals and families, as well as domestic and international corporate tax matters relating to mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, and cross-border investments. She also served with the Internal Revenue Service Office of Chief Counsel, where she advised on tax matters involving large businesses and multinational entities.
